Shortland Horne were professional, polite and worked hard to find a suitable tenant for me.

Lovely staff with great local knowledge. Good communication via email and messaging but thankfully no app! Loved the photos and marketing, house under offer quickly and Shortland Horne respected our wishes throughout. Whole thing felt quite personal and respectful of family wishes.

We just moved in a house rented and managed by them and they have been absolutely lovely throughout. They also left a box of chocolate, a small bottle of champagne, and a welcome note in the kitchen, which we found when we got there. Amazing service! Thank you!

Advertising a property that’s not actually available for purchase. We made an offer after viewing and it took a whole week to be told they already have a buyer in place. Very Poor communication.

He provided expert advice on what to value the property at. When the house was on the market the Sales Team provided regular updates on viewings. They also took responsibly for the keys and viewings as I live a distance away from the house. When I received offers they provided expert guidance on what one to accept through looking at different factors. Finally Linda in the After Sales Team provided support during the completion process.
