Tui customer service is excellent. From the ease of the online booking process to the relevant information appearing via email or app, the usual anxieties of check-in, transfers etc are removed. It’s seamless & efficient. Reps are welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. I know I can book a holiday with confidence & highly recommend Tui.

Excellent videos and very helpful but I only needed to use them a few times. The subscription renewed but quickly refunded.

I'm not a lover of compensation culture but sometimes needs must. BA cancelled our flight with only a few hours notice, claiming they had no choice. We knew this was wrong but this once quality airline that gives bucket airline service (worse actually) made it impossible for us to receive the statutory compensation. This was needed to offset the overpriced return flight we were obliged to purchase.
Bott & Co fought and won with little input from us. It was an efficient service with good communication and a secure payment method through which we received the balance (minus expenses) of our compensation.
I don't believe that we could not have achieved this result without their assistance.
