To be honest he only got one star as it didn't give me the option for no stars. He is rude and arrogant and when cornered reverts to swearing, very professional! He was never available not even on the day of completion when he should have handed over our keys. Would not recommend him to my worse enemy! He blames everyone for his own incompetence.
