We used Shortland Horne for the sale of our late mothers house. Jon was realistic on the valuation of the house, clear on the market position, and extremely easy to trust. The team at the office did what they promised and when. In the closing details of the sale when the rubber hit the road, and for us, when the buyers solicitors asked for documents unrealistically, Sue stepped in to save the day.

Would I recommend Shortland Horne? Yes if you want to leave the selling of your house to those who know the business.

The team all worked together well in order to assist me in the sale of my house. In fact, they went beyond what I expected as I experienced some issues with my tenants who refused to leave the property and the Shortland team helped with relocating them. This was extremely helpful as I was out of the country at the time and could not have done anything without the assistance from Shortland.

I recently viewed a lovely home and was shown around by a lady called Paige. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the house and surrounding areas. It was a shame that the house was slightly too small for us - but the service we received from Paige was second to none.
