Honestly, if you’re moving, just use them.
From the very start, Marni was amazing. As soon as I asked for a quote she was so quick to reply, answered every single question I had, and just made me feel completely at ease about the whole thing. You know how stressful moving can be, but she really took that pressure off.
And the removal guys? So lovely. Really friendly, super efficient, and incredibly careful with everything. They didn’t just chuck things around, they handled it all properly and made sure everything was put back exactly where it needed to be.
I’ll be honest, they were actually the cheapest quote I got, which made me a bit nervous at first. I had that “this is too good to be true” feeling. I could not have been more wrong. The service was brilliant from start to finish.
I’d recommend them to anyone without even thinking twice. And if I ever move again, I’m 100% calling Marni. Just excellent all round.

They no longer offer customer service, beside the AI chat box. I have emailed them multiple times and also tried to call but can never reach them. The network is not stable, on some days the data does not work at all for both me and my partner, even though we have two completely different numbers and accounts.
