Katie was fabulous and so patient with me as I couldn’t decide on a colour and then finally picked one only to change my mind when I home. She sorted it all for me and nothing was too much trouble. Great service

We ordered our furniture with good faith, expecting to get interest free payment. Attended the shop to arrange this to be told declined. The manager has put some wrong details in hence rejected. Told delivery was to be at our old address not the new one, which they had been told over and over. Finally furniture arrived all in order. Would not recommend this company for any reason. Paid cash and didn't get any discount or freebies!

The lady who served us, we think her name was Alice , was absolutely amazing. She made the process as straightforward and simple as possible for us. She allowed us time to decide by ourselves without us feeling under pressure at all, but was there to give us all the information and help we needed.
Couldn’t speak more highly of her you have an absolute gem there .

The Bradford store is dishonest. Ali pushed me into paying a deposit, and both he and James (calls himself the manager) later admitted they made a mistake at the point of sale. When I asked for my refund, they changed their story and refused to give my money back.There’s no proper complaints department, no accountability, and staff who lie and backtrack. I will continue to fight for my rights. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Excellent experience from Poltrone Sofas. My sofa was delivered exactly when I was told it would be and I love it it’s gorgeous. I ordered the Calboli leather sofas (two seater and three seater). Lovely soft leather and so comfortable. The staff in the shop were so helpful and the delivery men were really great. Highly recommend.

Stevie was very helpful , very knowledgeable' but for got to mention if you try to use the British heart foundation for removal of old sofa you must have the fire regulations attached

Welcome from I believe was a manager and directed us to a member of the team who helped us. Did not feel pressured into anything. Explained everything in detail about features and benefits of different types of materials. Special mention to Jessica who was very knowledgeable and we felt no pressure to buy.

To be honest it was the expertise and honesty of Jane (sales), that we ended up buying the sofa, which we love.
