Looking to furnish an empty room so popped in to mooch around the Bridgend store We were greeted by the salesman, Dean who showed us options for what I required. He was polite and informative explaining the options vlearly and concisely.
I ordered a single chair at avery reasonable end of line price and one of the brand new range sofa which had everything I needed in terms of comfort and functionability.
Dean was polite and explained everythimg to my satisfaction without being pushy. The humerous moments were a real bonus and always helps sales along.
All in all a very positive and pleasing experience. Well done!

I had an issue with our sofa being damaged which had nothing to do with the store itself. I spoke to Gary who resolved our issue straight away. He was brilliant I couldn’t fault him. Very understanding of our frustration and did everything we wanted done. Amazing customer service! Thank you Gary!

Had our furniture a week now so cannot review durability etc but the delivery and ordering service was extremely good. Satisfied so far with the furniture.

Andy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It made our purchase seamless and easy. Just a pity that the delivery estimate is for three months.

My Sofa was ready to be delivered earlier than expected, I needed to change day as was working this was really easy to do. The delivery kept me informed of when it would be delivered and the Team of 3 who delivered it could not do enough for us. We were last delivery on a warm friday at 4.50 and needed to travel another hour to get home. The sofa was to wide to go through living room door. My husband said take it back out and me and my mate will carry round back of house as going in conservatory. They had a look around and said no problem we take it round for you on van. What a superb team nothing was to much trouble for them.

I came in several before purchasing with my partner and mum, Wayne was just brilliant each time! Outstanding friendly helpful service and can tell the quality is great - look forward to my new arrival!
