A warm welcome when we arrived. I knew,what I wanted to look at after a previous visit a few weeks before. We were offered water and sll the staff were friendly.
We almost settled on a sofa but asked for the measurements to go home and check first. We returned later to make a purchase. We have saved £1300, we were also told about free delivery and also the 5 year protection plan we took out. Andy was incredibly helpful, polite and informative.

The company followed through and kept to every timescale implicitly, updating by text exactly what time they would arrive. Also, I would like to praise the delivery men, they were absolutely amazing and did over and beyond what they should have, and were so helpful. Highly recommend the whole process.

Great service when we were choosing our sofa, the staff were very patient while we considered the options and eventually made a decision.
The delivery team were efficient got everything set up nicely.
One minor grumble - delivery was scheduled for 11:20 to 11:50, but we had a call from the team at 9:50 to say they would be here within the hour. I can understand delivery being delayed, or even a few minutes early, but we had to change our plans for the morning at short notice.
