My Family and i felt really comfortable shopping today. Nothing was to much trouble no question was silly. Really treated like first class. The staff member was really polite and knew everything we needed to know. The staff was called Thomas. It was a pleasure to shop in his company.

Very helpful staff

The sales person Mat was excellent. His mannor and approach really made me feel listened too and respected. I was able to come to my own decision about my purchase without feeling pressured.
The store I purchased from was Leckwith Retail Park Cardiff which is not in the drop down menu.

The ease in which the salesperson explained all the different options to us and then completed the process seamlessly.

I have been to Dfs a few times checking on the furniture l picked out each time to shop assistance were great very helpfull

Ali was great, expert knowledge, no upselling. We even considered some more expensive products but rather than up-sell, he gave us his expert advice and explained why the option we had chosen was in fact better. Kids also enjoyed him making hot chocolates for them. The shop and all staff was welcoming & friendly. No better place to look through a great range of products with highly knowledgeable staff.

Great service spoke to Natasha today who was incredibly helpful Natasha took her time to go through all purchase options and additional services provided with purchase. Looking forward to getting my new sofa.

After a few weekends of looking and re-looking. We finally made a decision. All the staff were absolutely great. In particular Mike. We feel reassured that we made the right decision without being rushed. Thank you all.
