My first choice every time I need a new couch….
I have had a few couches from DFS now and it’s always been a pleasure, the 0% finance option is great and the quality of the products are amazing.
The delivery drivers are very carful and take great care when delivering products.
They build it all up for you and take everything away with them normally.
The team in Ayr were amazing and left us to relax and pick our favourite couch from the great ranges they had on offer.

When we arrived at showroom we were left to stroll around at our leisure browsing and trying out the sofas & chairs. Then we were asked if we needed any assistance. This time let us discuss the pros & cons of each item. By the time a sales person approached we had mostly made our minds up which sofa we were leaning to. A lovely lady sales assistant helped us to finalise. The whole process was very pleasant at DFS Heathfield.

The staff were friendly and not too…
The staff were friendly and not too pushy gave me time to browse at my own leisure. I then approached a member of staff to see if the could assist me with a purchase. She was very helpful and talked me through the care book and how to clean if needed. I then agreed to take out a five year insurance cover she was a nice wee lass made me feel at ease straight away.

We had a really positive experience with no pressure from the salesperson. Anthony introduced himself right away and was available to answer all our questions throughout the process. Once we made our choice, he carefully went over our selection and made sure we understood everything before finalizing. His friendly and professional approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Matys customer service was amazing
Matys customer service was amazing. He suggested a good few dofas for us to looks as, wasn't pushy. Answered everything we needed to know if he didn't know he found out quickly. Ended up buying the sofa we didn't go in for.
