We went to your Banbury store and were served by Paul. He was extremely helpful, informative and answered all our questions.
We were looking for a small corner sofa which he helped us find. Paul's customer service was excellent, without being pushy which is very refreshing these days.
We have purchased a sofa and look forward to receiving it in 12 weeks time.
