The lady that we dealt with was lovely, and very helpful.

We recently visited DFS to look for a new sofa, and the service we received was excellent. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured, and he made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. His professionalism and helpful attitude made choosing our sofa much easier. Thank you for such fantastic customer service—we really appreciated it and would happily recommend DFS to others.

From the moment we arrived, Robin made us feel completely comfortable and never put us under any pressure. He took the time to help us choose our dream sofa, patiently talking us through all of the options and explaining everything clearly from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and enjoyable.

Sean was a welcoming and cheerful employee and was extremely helpful and took time to explain some of the concepts that we fully didn’t understand. He even thought well for us and explained everything to his fullest ability. I would say the experience was welcoming and fun too, a five star experience.

We visited the store in two different occasions, the first time we didn’t have a great experience all staff were chatting and it felt like we were bothering them. The second time we had a great experience, all the staff were very helpful. After looking for different sofas in multiple stores we decided to go for one on DFS as it was good value, great quality and the most comfortable. The staff that helped us was amazing, very friendly and helpful with all our queries. She explained all the details very well.
