Kerri was fantastic from we stepped…
Kerri was fantastic from we stepped foot in the door. Kerri offered her assistance to us straight away and guided us through the process of ordering our sofa along with all the extras to go with it to make it perfect. Kerri was fantastic help and her customer service was impeccable. We will definitely return to DFS in the near future to purchase further with hopefully Kerri once again. 10 out of 10 service!

Shaun made my experience today very relaxing, he was really professional from start to finish. He told me everything I needed to know from furniture care , insurance , delivery etc.
He made it a very enjoyable shopping experience, he was very good with my kids & we even got hot chocolates plus a coffee . I would definitely recommend to family & friends about the 100 customer care I received today. I was one very happy customer when leaving the store at Boucher Road Belfast

Excellent customer service from Robin in Boucher Road, Belfast.
All options regarding sofa types, configurations, fabric choices, future care of the furniture and finance options available were all clearly explained.
Robin was very pleasant, helpful and unhurried.
We didn’t feel pressurised to buy.
