My appointment was on time and professional. The doctor went through the procedures in a thorough manner and I felt very confident about what was happening. I had some questions which the doctor answered with good understandable explanations. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and I would thoroughly recommend it to all HGV Drivers.

Working with Sarah to provide a medical report for a shotgun license renewal has been an exemplary experience. Sarah was incredibly responsive and supportive, navigating through delays caused by the GP and ensuring the report was provided in a timely manner. 5**** service

This place is extremely expensive for the service they provide. They only spend around 10 minutes with you, and the rest of the information they use comes directly from your GP or NHS records.

They asked me to send my summary record, and once I sent it, they went completely silent. No replies to calls or emails, and no certificates provided. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

They only care about taking your money, not providing proper service due to this I lost my timeand money.

I strongly recommend using your local GP instead — much more reliable and professional.

The want to double charge me for a additional letter which I needed for my local authority, the original medical i had was 8 days prior to this review. The lady I spoke to on the phone was abrupt, and made no effort of empathy towards my enquiry. I'd steer clear of this company there are many more to choose from.

Easy to book an appointment within a short time frame and it's a good price. Local venue with easy parking. Doctors are so familiar with the paperwork and know exactly what is required, hence less likely to make mistakes.

Don’t use this company, told me over the phone that my nhs app would be enough to use for my medical records and that they would sort it when I arrived, then when I got there they charged me full payment and at the end the appointment the app didn't work when speaking to the to guy who was working at the time he told me I passed everything and not to worry just come back in when the app was linking back up with the doctors (because I needed a code which I wasn’t told over the phone) when trying to go back into to get my paper work they have now charged me again and that I need to do the process again basically stealing my money and lieing to me , I have the info so I’ll reporting them to Sefton council.

I did have some initial minor problems but the management team got everything sorted really quickly ans efficiently. I would use them again.
