Great service

Great service. Did my taxi medical with Motor Medicals. From booking to appointment, all went smooth. If you are thinking of doing a medical then I highly recommend Motor Medicals.

i had am HGV medical on 5/07/2025 it…

i had an HGV medical on 5/07/2025 it was Booked for 8.30pm was finally seen at 10pm , while have this medical the DOCTOR was screen shotting the D2 form for his colleage to check and after being told the form was ok i left ,the next day at 9.30am i sent my D2 for to the DVLA recorded delivery at 12.30pm i recieved a call from Motor Medicals to inform me the D2 was filled out incorrectly , i then had to go through the whole process again as the D2 form would have been rejected , my advice is dont use Motor Medicals pay the extra and get your medical done by a qualified Doctor after this i was offered a Refund in full but have not recieved any ,Be aware

Bank had to step in to get refund, no response from company

Also note that Trustpilot give a warning that this company are breaching their guidelines "This company is displaying Trustpilot content in a misleading way"

Avoid. 9th June 2025 I booked a medical for 6th July and paid a deposit

Afternoon of 4th July I received a phone call stating location of medical had moved from 5 miles away to 20 miles which I could not make. Therefore appointment was cancelled

Today 20th July, I’m still waiting for my refund

Thank you for your time over the phone earlier. As explained, we have called and emailed you on several occasions to try and assist with the matter. As you explained, you were away so did not receive them.

Id like to apologize, it's very unusual for our clinics to be cancelled but there's some instances where we are left without a choice, usually doctor availability or room issues. I'm aware the alternate clinic wasn't suitable.

I'm glad to hear your refund has now been sorted.

Should you require any further medicals, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will ensure a discounted exam, as well as a smooth service.
