Very easy to book and appointment and…
Very easy to book and appointment and didn't have to wait long for one either. Paid for 2 ears to get done. One got done other checked, would have been good to get both cleaned out though. Very expensive but understand it seems to be the norm. Advert said would give review of ear health and after care sadly didn't get any of that.

With regard to the treatment itself, our clinical notes confirm that a full assessment was carried out by the audiologist. A comprehensive otoscopic examination was performed on both ears, and live video otoscopy was shown and explained during the appointment. One ear required microsuction and was treated accordingly. The other ear was examined thoroughly and did not clinically require wax removal at the time. As regulated clinicians, we only remove wax where it is medically indicated and safe to do so.
In terms of ear health advice and aftercare, this is routinely discussed during our appointments, particularly following microsuction. We’re sorry if you felt this wasn’t clearly communicated — that certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide.
Regarding pricing, our fees reflect the use of specialist equipment, single-use consumables, clinical governance standards, and the expertise of audiologists. That said, we always aim to deliver value alongside high clinical standards.
