My appointment was on time and professional. The doctor went through the procedures in a thorough manner and I felt very confident about what was happening. I had some questions which the doctor answered with good understandable explanations. This is the 2nd time I have used this service and I would thoroughly recommend it to all HGV Drivers.

I was informed that you couldn’t put new lenses in the frame that I sent. No explanation as to why. My frame still hasn’t been returned yet. This is all very disappointing and very poor customer service. Up to now I was quite satisfied with my previous experience with this company. Now I don’t have much confidence in them
