Hi I have not yet received my order so is difficult to say if my goods and services are adequate at this time.

Our fulfillment center has been overwhelmed since our Black Friday offers which has resulted in some delays with orders placed during this period. The staff at HPL I found to be polite…

The staff at HPL I found to be polite and helpful up to the point that the deal had been made. After that point it was hard to get to speak to anyone, the car was late even after giving them longer than I was told they needed to prepare the car. Work still not being done a week after agreed sale. Also the service vouchers that were promised never materialised.
