I did have some initial minor problems but the management team got everything sorted really quickly ans efficiently. I would use them again.

I did find myself having to enquire about a delivery date. But when it did arrive I was very happy with the goods. The driver was really friendly and helpful. I would use the company again.

The job took longer than first thought. The fix ended up needing more than one engineer. Over all my engineers worked hard to solve my problems.

It's just what I thought it was from the advert. Easy to fit, just the job.

I got a working freezer unlike the one I replaced.

Hi I have not yet received my order so is difficult to say if my goods and services are adequate at this time.

I don't think all my vulnerable areas have been completely covered by the system. And when I had to call the help line I was on hold for 45 minuets.

Excellent product. Happy to recommend it to anyone that needs a light weight effective vacuum.

The staff at HPL I found to be polite and helpful up to the point that the deal had been made. After that point it was hard to get to speak to anyone, the car was late even after giving them longer than I was told they needed to prepare the car. Work still not being done a week after agreed sale. Also the service vouchers that were promised never materialised.
