The want to double charge me for a…

The want to double charge me for a additional letter which I needed for my local authority, the original medical i had was 8 days prior to this review. The lady I spoke to on the phone was abrupt, and made no effort of empathy towards my enquiry. I'd steer clear of this company there are many more to choose from.

I’ve entered Redline comps loads

I’ve entered Redline comps loads of times and never won… until today! 🎉 I won a TV, but since I’d already bought one recently, I took the cash alternative instead – which I’m buzzing about because it’ll go towards the TV I just bought. The team were super quick letting me know I’d won, and once I replied the money was in my account not long after.

I’ll definitely keep playing when it’s affordable – some of their comps are really low cost which is great.

A while back I had an issue where my payment went through twice, but I messaged them and they sorted it straight away with a refund. Honestly, can’t fault the customer service – 10/10.

Would 100% recommend giving them a go!

Absolute shambles of a delivery effort…

My original review is below this. I have recently been contacted by VIP to help resolve my issue. Although i do not yet have the products ordered, the customer service received has been great. thank you. (Absolute shambles of a delivery effort made. DPD was used to attempt delivery of my order with no advance notification on the delivery day, I've never had this problem before. I will not be using this company again. I spend over £1k per week on alcohol. Which will be going elsewhere. My experience of using the company through Amazon was great. It's a shame they don't have the organisation and management to improve there delivery service.)

The item and prices are very good. I recommend anyone to check here for what they want. The only reason for 4 stars was the delivery issue with a large freezer. As this was a third party.

The service and online order process is brilliant. Communication is perfect. The reviews for the products are helpful in deciding which items to purchase. I had a size problem with a particular product which I returned without speaking or emailing Dickies the process has been picked up and I have an email confirming my refund will be processed in the usual manner. I would recommend Dickies.

I called today to pay a bill

I called today to pay a bill, I used the telephone number supplied to a dedicated payment line. Went through the automated phone security to be passed to an operator. Each time I was again asked to confirm my details. Why? The automated recorded voice asks you to provide details to speed things up? This has happened at least 7 times within 1 day. I actually received a call from virgin media to ask me for the account details. I finally called another number to go through security again succesfully to be passed to an operator to then be asked to pass security again. This company is a waste of time. I whole heartedly believe the 1 star review and the comments from other 1 star reviews. I have been a customer in the past, all I wanted was excellent boroadband speeds. I was on the 350 package which has been the worst Internet speed issues I've ever had. I made several complaints which has taken over a year to resolve. Stick with other providers stay away from virgin media unless your happy with poor customer service and poor Internet connection issue.

I previously rated a low mark in error

I previously rated a low mark in error. I was unable to edit the review. I am now writing a fresh review. Thank you to Sakil who helped me to understand an additional charge on my invoice which I'd forgotten about. I was unable to easily find the invoice online so I need to make a call which was answered very rapidly. I've had some technical issues with the app and card reader. I needed to revert back to an old card reader for back up, once I reset the app it took payments again without issue.

So far I'm very pleased with the…

So far I'm very pleased with the account opening. I've used the account switch service scheduled for a later date. This review is typed before the switch goes ahead. I use the app for a crddit card I currently hold with HSBC and the account was showing within my app immediately after the account was confirmed. I banked with my previous supplier for over 10 years. I've never had anything positive from them. I held a HSBC account many years ago. I'm very impressed with my current communications from them. I've had emails and received my card and pin within a week. I'm looking forward to my banking relationship with HSBC.

I'm not happy with your level of…

I'm not happy with your level of customer service. I bought a S10+ which included free Buds as part of the promotion. The buds arrived later than the 30 day period. The buds turned out to be faulty. After calling samsung support twice. I was asked to return them via the return label. Ive arrived at the post office and asked for proof of postage. They're not able to provide this due to no postcode being supplied for the freepost promotions address. I called samsung support again to ask for the postcode, I was informed the promotion team dont work weekends and your staff member didnt have the details to help me. So after wasting several hours of my time, receiving the buds late, receiving faulty items, having poor levels of customer service with no apparent way that each time I call this is being logged. I will not recommend Samsung.
I've had a fault samsung smart watch with poor levels of customer service from the repair centre.

Generally everything is good at Argos

Generally everything is good at Argos. Reserving online doesn't ensure a faster service it just means you guarantee the item. When reserving online you still wait as if you purchased in store. You don't know what your buying until you see it. You can return immediately if your not happy. The faulty return process can be a pain as most electrical items are sent away for repair first. Shopping online is good. Utilising store space to display popular items would be better.

So far so good.

While I'm in the early stages of a business relationship with yell I'm happy so far. I have been contacted regularly with regards to setting everything up. Took a while for the web site to be built, which I expected over the Christmas and New year holidays.

Excellent choice highly recommended.

I contacted several companies for an insurance quote before settling with Freeway. They offered me a quote I could not refuse. I spoke with Zoe to arrange a quote which completed to taking out a policy. The staff were friendly and professional. The checks completed were quick. I changed a vehicle which took about 15 minutes to re-quote. They called me back to confirm the new vehicle quote. The policy has features to enable me to reduce my excess if ever needed. The price is very competitive. I'm totally happy with the company. Highly recommended to taxi drivers looking for insurance.

The parcel packaging was opened …

The parcel packaging was opened slightly and the seal was damaged on the box. I never checked the parcel correctly before accepting the delivery. I've spent over 20 mins on the phone immediately after the delivery trying to organise returning the item. I've altered my work pattern to enable me to be here for the delivery. This has caused me a massive inconvenience. I've not had issues with DPD in the past. Make sure you check the parcel before signing to accept the delivery. To all those corrupt warehouse workers, you're causing problems for your neighbours and friends by being careless with the packaging.
