I carefully measured myslef to make certain I was picking the right sized dresses according to their size chart. I even used their chat service to double check. The chat service goes off their incorrect size charts so it's a complete waste of time. The dresses arrived today & are all massive on me & look ridiculous. I was relying on their size chart with their measurements of the garments to get the correct sized dresses for my cruise so am absolutely devasted their size charts are no where near accurate. The quality is cheap material. Nothing like what they look like on the web site. No where near worth the prices. I was going to put in another order today for shorts & tops. I definately do not trust them & will not waste another cent off my hard earned money that I could not afford to loose in the first place. Extremely disapointed & quite angry to be honest. Should of read these reviews before ordering

The fabric of these dresses is like a dishrag! Crinkles up, see through & just plain nasty.
So disappointing.
Better to try the Elcheapo sites.
Would not do a return even though it’s poor quality.

Sizing was wrong returned and refunded quickly simple process

Where to start from... items directly imported from China, no consistency in quality, size or design. Materials are worse than Temu ( wont be surprised if some are made out of used tent or air baloons), paid/ fake reviews from shop/ items and finally highly overpriced. Avoid at any cost!

Absolutely fantastic service. Sadly, the clothing wasn’t for me but the return process was incredibly streamlined-lined. The refund was received as soon as the parcel was lodged at the post office.

Another Scam site, don't waste your money, I purchased 2 items, the fabric is nasty and cheap, the colour is faded, unwearable, utter rubbish, hold on to your money and try to find another site.

Purchased 2 tops and 3 dresses. Love the quality, well made and nice design. One of the dresses I returned for a smaller size and exchange arrived within 3 days. Their clothing is a little expensive but I am not disappointed with any item at all. Would not hesitate to purchase more.

My first order was very disappointing. The 2 dresses I ordered were poorly made and of very poor quality fabric. My sister hasn't tried her garments yet so I'm hoping they'll be better.

Absolute rubbish material and workmanship. Purchased a dress ( not cheap) arrived and I thought it was worse than an article of clothing from Temu. In fact Temu quality is probably better. My advise: do not purchase anything from this company because you will be totally ripped off. My dress is so bad I will never wear it. I think it would fall apart if washed. Disgusted .,

My first experience of buying dresses on line and will be my last. The looked wonderful online but cotton on both was very thin and poor quality and the drape on one nothing like it looked in the picture. And they were not particularly inexpensive at $69.99 + post. Decided I really do need touch and try on before I buy. No experience of the return policy as I decided to give one to charity but kept other because the print was so bold and attractive, but wouldn't have bought if I had tried it on. Delivery was speedy.

Have had a 50/50 experience with the products. Shirt and shoes okay. Dresses a bit hangy and not shaped to suit me. Bulky pockets etc. Personally not a fan of bold orange, blocky colours. They seem to be everywhere.

I love Blue Bungalow. The service is excellent and I have complete confidence in purchasing online from them to NZ. The process is easy and the returns policy is excellent. I rarely buy anything from anywhere else because the range is good, they have styles that suit my body shape, and the quality and prices are excellent. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Quality down, price up. Returned two items to NZ address. Now told will get my refund when it gets to Australia! Seems its only somewhere for mail to be received for forwarding on here in NZ. I have no control over it once signed for in NZ as it has been. Totally unimpressed and won't deal with them again.

I love the variety of styles and colours of garments that suit my shape and they also have a great shoe selection. They are of good quality, made well and are SO comfortable that I'm confident making BB my one stop 'Online' shop.

I've been shopping here for quite a long time and have only had to return an item once, which was a great experience, as I was provided with a Postage Paid label and received excellent customer service.

I had to return 2 dresses to Blue Bungalow, the material was thin and see through, I have been disappointed in the last 2 shops. After being pleased with previous shops it was very disappointing the quality and sizing is very poor, I noticed Temu was selling similar clothing for a quarter of the price. Blue Bangalore has a terrific return policy but when you are looking forward to the clothing arrival it’s a real let down

I usually love this boutique but got a PQ Collection label from them and the clothing was cheap, ugly, didn’t fit right, after one wash lost it’s color and it also shrank.

More like $20. I would say, it was made in China or India.

Lovely dresses, arrive quickly. I’m a repeat buyer. The colours are gorgeous and the Crinckle dresses are fantastic for travelling.

Dress arrived in a very short rime frame. Exactly as described. Sizing spot on as per their size charts.

Just the best on line company to deal with. If there is a problem with sizing or you just don't like what you got they happily take return and refund immediately. They even cover the cost of return postage if you take a credit instead of refund! What a breath of fresh air in this on line shopping market. A good one amongst so many very bad ones! And their clothes are generally excellent and on size also!
