Very disappointed.

My first experience of buying dresses on line and will be my last. The looked wonderful online but cotton on both was very thin and poor quality and the drape on one nothing like it looked in the picture. And they were not particularly inexpensive at $69.99 + post. Decided I really do need touch and try on before I buy. No experience of the return policy as I decided to give one to charity but kept other because the print was so bold and attractive, but wouldn't have bought if I had tried it on. Delivery was speedy.

The product itself was very nice but the assembly instructions inadquate.

The product itself was very nice. But. The instructions for assembly were inadequate. Just pictures of parts with no written important distinctions. For instance to make sure that one of the pieces was put in a certain way up. Not everybody is familiar with self assembly. It took 3 intelligent adults around 3 hours to complete assembly which was very clumsy.

An amazing restoration of a badly damaged photo

Thank you for restoring my uncle’s photograph - badly water damaged - to its original condition. It really brings him back to life for inclusion in a family history album. Your service and communication were also excellent.

Found them impossible to book correctly online from Australia

I gave up trying to get a correct confirmation of my booking (Flight and time) with this company. I understand there were problems with their booking website but numerous emails to resolve have gone unanswered, or were still incorrect - even the last one that acknowledged the website problems and requested me to give correct information to them on my booking. This company needs some serious attention to online customer service and crisis management. After each email I received an automated reply assuring me of a reply with 24 hours. This has not happened.
I have now cancelled (by email as the site is such a mess) and am seriously concerned about getting a refund.
I see the company has great reviews, but for me booking from Australia their communications left much to be desired and it is too much of a risk to trust they will turn up for the right flight at the right time.
