Ordered the giant jelly balloon for childs birthday. Website stated 5 in stock. 2 weeks later had not received it so emailed asking when I could expect it and advised that production would commence in 3-4 weeks. I suspect all the 5 star reviews on this site are fake.

Ordered shoes one day. They were delivered the next , exactly as described. It doesnt get any better

Dress arrived in a very short rime frame. Exactly as described. Sizing spot on as per their size charts.

Outdoor setting had 2 left armrests. After sending photos and copies of assembly instructions decided I needed to send the faulty armrest back before they could send correct replacement. No return packaging suppled. I was told to print off the packaging label and attach it to parcel. I dont have a printer. Then gave condescending advice that I should go to local library to do so. Customer service very obsyructive and avoidant rather than actively trying to remedying problem.

Ordered a table online. Delivered promptly in good condition.

Ordered 3 products. Only one despatched. Orange in colour, not the white one I had ordered. Thought i was ordering through a local company. Now I see their returns policy will have me shipping it to Germany at my expense die to their mistake.
