Dodgy refund system in NZ

Quality down, price up. Returned two items to NZ address. Now told will get my refund when it gets to Australia! Seems its only somewhere for mail to be received for forwarding on here in NZ. I have no control over it once signed for in NZ as it has been. Totally unimpressed and won't deal with them again.

Not made in NZ

Agree with another review - I asked if frames in stock as needed urgently before going to hospital. Specifically used as seemed to be NZ site with Johnsonville office. Now seems they are coming from Australia, or is it elsewhere via Australia? Disappointed since reply acknowledging my urgency made no reference to it coming from overseas and now won't receive in time.

Appreciate reply - its not a complicated prescription, I just wish you said when we emailed to allow for it to come from overseas because by the time it arrived I will be 250km away so no use for intended purpose. Strange too that optically.co.nz doesn't come up in companies search? Just be transparent - the product seems good just don't understand your reluctance to say you're an intermediary for product sourced offshore.

Scam

Scam - what others have written could be me! Tracking number which appears legit and in NZ Postal system but delivered to different address different town and weight did not match (under 500g NZ Post said - so unlikely a bodyboard fitted in). Must send some small items to some customers then use tracking number to scam others. Don’t buy from them!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Told me after long delay they had contacted company who was ‘third party supplier’ - turned out that meant an automated message. Chased up again and it was on its way. Now saying ‘received’ but has not been delivered and trying to find where it was delivered still resulting in stock standard ‘we’ll look into it’ type response. Would never buy from them again - useless middlemen. Today found company Linen Connections and have gone direct but not holding my breath.
