They wouldn't help me

They wouldn't help me! Simple as that! I had a Luxury Escapes trip booked some time before and I spoke to someone on the phone as I couldn't upload an email from my chiropactor due to their specific downloading software. No-one helped me so Luxury Escapes gave me a credit to use within 12 months but as I purchased insurance through Luxury Escapes site just in case when I booked and paid for this trip I was in fact entitled to a full refund. Many people are saying that this company is a scam so I am wondering why they were happy to take my money but would not assist with my lodgement of a claim.

Once I use my credit will not use Luxury Escapes again

While it is not the fault of one particular person it is certainly the fault of the Luxury Escapes insurance company as I am entitled to a full refund but the process is made so difficult with "download this and download that" with no assistance whatsoever that I was unable to process my insurance claim and get the money owed to me

With Travel Protection-Cancel for Many Reasons
I had put my back out and have my chiropractor's email covering the issue which requires more treatment and lots of rest for the next couple of weeks. I phoned the insurance number and found that it was answered by Luxury Escapes call centre. No-one seemed up to helping me put the claim through and as the on-line process is impractical I had no choice than to accept a credit instead of the full refundwhich I am entitled to which is why I purchased the insurance as I know that Luxury Escapes likes to retain our money if allowed to do so!
This is not right!

All you have to do is honour the insurance by accepting my chiropractor's email which I can forward to you!
And just to add by 12 February 2026 no-one got back to me regarding my review and the fact that I took out insurance but it was not honoured! What a rip off!

Just the best on line company to deal…

Just the best on line company to deal with. If there is a problem with sizing or you just don't like what you got they happily take return and refund immediately. They even cover the cost of return postage if you take a credit instead of refund! What a breath of fresh air in this on line shopping market. A good one amongst so many very bad ones! And their clothes are generally excellent and on size also!

Please don't go near this business - shonks

Oh I wish that I had read the reviews before trusting this untrustworthy business.
Now I have read them every single one says the same thing - the sizing is way off and ALWAYS too small.
I think it's time to bring in Consumer Affairs as they need to take a good look at what is going on!
Pease don't go near this business. I paid $79.89 for a tummy control swimsuit. They're sizing is so off and as I would normally choose Large I decided to choose Extra Large to be on the safe side and it is tiny and ill fitting. They refuse return for refund and are just unconscionable in their business practices keeping a very large amount of money for an item which is useless. Businesses such as this give reputable sellers a bad name making on line shopping no longer viable. They should not be allowed to get away with what they do. Steer clear of them!

Purchased a JET USA portable steam cleaner multi purpose high pressure hand held for a bargain price and no wonder as it was pretty useless. I've bought a few things before but this is the first time I have wanted to return for refund and they are not making it easy.

I made my first order purchasing 3…

I made my first order purchasing 3 items with the BF20 code - being 20% off then immediately I had put the purchase through up came a prompt with a code for 25% off. That's a bit unfair isn't it? If I knew that there was a greater discount obviously I would have used that code.

UPDATE
I appreciate the added discount applied and thank you. As it would only be reputable businesses that would show such consideration I have now updated my review to 5 star for service.

Now I have received the items I am very happy with them. Have not yet swam in them but the quality is excellent so I'm thinking they will not feel too heavy in the water as other much cheaper brands do.

Expensive items but purchased on a discount makes a difference.

Again thank you for being so considerate!

Klika shed

I bought a shed from Klika discounted price, free delivery and no wonder why. The shed was in many parts, dented, took an experienced trade 6 hours to put all the pieces together as the parts are so intricate and flimsy. Paying for 6 hours work which should have been about 2 to 3 hours added a substantial cost and this included about an hour of both of us trying to peel the plastic off each and every part which was a mammoth and terribly boring exercise in itself. Obviously sending it back for a refund would be an enormous cost and it would be hardly viable to disassemble it and try repackaging it. I emailed my displeasure but all they wanted was a photo which I sent to them but they haven't bothered replying so that's it. Seems I'm stuck with this rubbish shed but the result is I will not buy anything from them again.
