I have to comment that the 10 k miles service with Listers Toyota in Stratford, led by Joe has been a pleasant experience unmatched by any other dealership in my last 15 years.
I can also add that all the staff in Stratford have been friendly, polite and helpful.
All the costs have been transparent and no pressure was exerted to acquire additional services.
The car was washed, cleaned and serviced professionally.
Waiting time was about 2 hours.

I have used their first generation heated socks for winter and spring daily commute on my motorcycle.

After the first 2 weeks the material was badly pilling and my warranty request was rejected due to user fault.

The socks lasted for 1 season and a half. The batteries are fine and am using them with other heated gear which have identical specs.

I found them very expensive for the quality of the material. Obviously there are now many other more affordable options on the market.

Otherwise they heat very well and the batteries are charging in about 4 hours and last about 4 hours on medium heat (3000 mAh each).

They are really easy to start / stop or change the heating settings during usage and the remote comes handy to adjust it on the go.

In regards with snus, smokeless tobbacco product, it was a try out experiment: definitely not my favorite. It is very irritating to the mouth, gums and throat as it creates a lot of acid saliva. This is in comparison with infrequent pipe and cigar smoking, to me snus feels worse regarding mouth and throat damage. I am not recommending it.

Excellent customer service from David, high quality products and value. Different grades of security if chosen wisely could make a great deal of difference preventing theft, compared with GPS trackers and their subscriptions which could be useful only after theft.

Positive experience, new pedals, unused, fast delivery.

I have ordered a Cube Kathmandu SLX bike, which was supposed to be delivered from the supplier warehouse in 7-8 days to Winstanleys Bikes. After 1 week the initial date was amended with another week of wait and after 3 weeks the expected delivery from the supplier became unknown. I had regular email communications and I have asked the team to confirm if they will fulfill the order and also to change the misleading time which is still the same on their website. I received a vague answer about the bike order and nothing about the misleading delivery time.
In conclusion, I have cancelled the order and it took another week to obtain the confirmation, the deposit refund still awaited.
In comparison, when I cancelled the order I have made an order for the same bike through a different company which have fulfilled the order within 1 week (including the Cube supplier warehouse shipping).
I have given 2 stars for the decent communication with Winstanleys.

I have ordered tobacco and it has been seized by customs (arrived from Turkey to UK, declared as pet toys), therefore it is a lottery game if you will receive it or not.
