The 13th Customer

After few batches of excellent fish and seafood, I have received two orders at over 6 months apart which were spoiled and ended up in the bin immediately. I haven't said anything after the first order nevertheless I feel entitled to complain about such poor quality products and the misery of fish farming.

This is my second time using blackcircles.com. This company is serious and prompt and their contracted tyre fitting service was excellent. The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 tyres are a much better driving experience then michelin primacy 3 fitted on bmw xdrive 530d.

Prompt and expedited delivery. Nice looking watch, quarz and solar power, no need to worry about software updates and charging cable, you need the timezone area codes found in the booklet to set up the time.

I have bought a Shimano Ultegra 6800 chain, which came in its original packaging with installation instructions. It is worth mentioning that I bought the same chain from Ribble and it came in a bag without any instructions, consequently my chain snapped after 20 miles.
Having reviewed the correct installation of a Shimano chain (always put a new pin when you resize the chain, in the correct position) I have no problems with the second chain from Merlin Cycles.
Happy to buy again from them.

I have bought various bicycle parts and accessories from Treds and they have always delivered them in perfect condition. I was guided by the reviews available on the site and it was easy to make the right choice.
The only suggestion I have to make to Treds team, is to make the customer aware when the item is not in stock and the delivery will be delayed.
