I have ordered a Cube Kathmandu SLX bike, which was supposed to be delivered from the supplier warehouse in 7-8 days to Winstanleys Bikes. After 1 week the initial date was amended with another week of wait and after 3 weeks the expected delivery from the supplier became unknown. I had regular email communications and I have asked the team to confirm if they will fulfill the order and also to change the misleading time which is still the same on their website. I received a vague answer about the bike order and nothing about the misleading delivery time.
In conclusion, I have cancelled the order and it took another week to obtain the confirmation, the deposit refund still awaited.
In comparison, when I cancelled the order I have made an order for the same bike through a different company which have fulfilled the order within 1 week (including the Cube supplier warehouse shipping).
I have given 2 stars for the decent communication with Winstanleys.
