I have ordered tobacco and it has been…

I have ordered tobacco and it has been seized by customs (arrived from Turkey to UK, declared as pet toys), therefore it is a lottery game if you will receive it or not.

Their customer service reply was:

Hello;

Terms and Conditions are clear and it's being approved by all customers including you while placing your order.

Our refund policy do not include customs seizure.

I have asked for 50 % refund and I was declined.

Good luck UK customers, maybe we will be more fortunate next time.

We are happy that our delivery rate is approximately 95% and it confirmed by reviews.

As we informed you on the checkout page that “ We don’t declare your order as a “Tobacco” due to customs problem you may experience.
If you want it to be declared as “Tobacco”, please add it to the NOTE section in checkout page.” and you accept to declare it “not tobacco” so we declared as “pet toys”. It was your choose.

Some orders may be stuck at the customs of the destination country. This is very normal, but very rare.

You accept all our policies and we shipped your order.

As we inform all our customers on the website;
“All customers must be aware of their local customs laws about purchasing online tobacco from overseas countries by post before place an order.”
