I have ordered many times from this company in the past 18months with success bar some crazy customer charges
My recent order was sent missing my house number which I’m almost certain was added correctly. However I wasn’t sure and accepted this, I reached back out to see if parcel had been returned yet and what next steps would be to resend, and was ignored on 2 occasions after 10 had passed I then checked reviews on here and the last one star review the repeat customer (below this) also had same experience missing house number, I feel this is very suspicious I then emailed and messaged my concerns and was immediately messaged back and refunded part payment (minus delivery and handling ) which was more than a third of my money, in recent communications every falls back to the faqs and basically I should have checked details after confirming, and was basically fobbed off even tho I was trying to make them aware about same issue has arose in short time scale, again was fibbed off and it’s not there problem,
Again this company has my data stored and sent multiple orders, unsure why this was overlooked or failed, I am avid internet shopper and have not mistaken my address house number before,and with the last reviewer also on the same boat would suggest it may be a bug on there system or even something a little more fishy,
Rply I don’t really have much to add to your reply although I would remind you your selling cigarettes not Rolex watches and the technical team and examination chat sounds like your scientists but more like a regime did your technical team for forecast the loss of business and some common decency , I am a real customer and even paid extra in on multiple times, and clearly have a valid point with the other recent house number missing on a 1 star review,jumping straight to the faqs and where no grounds for resolution was even considered, just shunted away. So yes I removed the 18month old review of 5 stars I had previously left , because good customer service is a daily reprieve and the reason I left the review because I was asked within minutes of receiving my first order if I could please leave review on the platform and I would receive a free packet of cigarettes with my next order, did I receive them? no I did not! But I did want anything for free, You have lost my custom and I’m sure others will be more hesitant after reading the two most recent reviews missing house numbers and join the dots

We are responding regarding your order #HRTID2885221388. As you know, you contacted us several times by email regarding this matter, and our records show that your messages were answered throughout the process.
Your order was placed on **12 September** and dispatched internationally on **14 September**. The parcel was subsequently returned to us through the Royal Mail / postal process, with the delivery issue being associated with incomplete address information.
As we explained in our previous correspondence, our system records the shipping address in the form entered by the customer during checkout, and the shipment is prepared using those submitted details.
When you raised the possibility of a technical problem with our website, we referred the matter to our technical team. The checkout and address-recording process was reviewed, and test orders were created using different address formats. We were unable to reproduce any problem, and the addresses entered during checkout were recorded correctly.
We also reviewed your previous orders and confirmed that you have successfully received multiple shipments from us in the past. However, the address recorded for this particular order was incomplete compared with the address used on some of your previous successful deliveries.
For this reason, based on the records available to us, we have not found evidence that the missing address information was caused by a technical fault in our system.
You also wrote that there could be *“a bug on their system or even something a little more fishy.”* We understand why the situation caused concern, particularly after you saw another customer describing a similar issue. However, we investigated the matter specifically because of your concern and did not identify a system malfunction or any evidence supporting a more serious allegation.
Regarding your comment that you received only a partial refund and that more than one-third of the payment was deducted, the refund was calculated according to our published **Return, Reship & Platform Service Fee Policy**:
