I have used their first generation heated socks for winter and spring daily commute on my motorcycle.
After the first 2 weeks the material was badly pilling and my warranty request was rejected due to user fault.
The socks lasted for 1 season and a half. The batteries are fine and am using them with other heated gear which have identical specs.
I found them very expensive for the quality of the material. Obviously there are now many other more affordable options on the market.
Otherwise they heat very well and the batteries are charging in about 4 hours and last about 4 hours on medium heat (3000 mAh each).
They are really easy to start / stop or change the heating settings during usage and the remote comes handy to adjust it on the go.

Regarding the material, our heated socks are produced using technical performance fabrics that are designed to balance warmth, comfort and breathability. Pilling can occur depending on friction, for example when used intensively in motorcycle boots or tight footwear. That said, we always aim for long-lasting quality and we are sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations.
Since you mention this concerns one of our first generations, please note that we have continuously improved our materials and construction in newer models.
