The delivery was four hours late and they initially refused to take it upstairs. Horrible attitude.

Sofas are beautiful, from purchase to delivery was 8 weeks.
Only thing was the delivery date. I received a date which wasn’t convenient so I called and changed it only to receive another text with another date earlier than the first so had to call again. The call operators I’m sure are AI as both times they lacked any emotion or personality and no apology for me having to call again.
The delivery guys were great, sofas assembled and rubbish removed and respectful to me and my property.

First of all as soon as walking into the showroom it smelt BEAUTIFUL
the staff were very friendly and very helpful
I explained what I was looking for due to my health conditions and that took me straight to what I needed and wanted.
I understand the furniture has to be made but I just wish it good be sooner than 3 months

EXCELLENT SERVICE

We chose a sofa,went to give our detail but the house number and ,dob were entered wrong so my husband got declined, he has amazing credit score,I then went to put my details in and the system failed,we had to leave as the dog was at the groomers and needed to be picked up,so we drove all the way back to get him,then drove all the way to the store to sort the sofa out,the system was up and running, the lady who served us was very sorry and polite but it wasn't a nice experience on purchasing the sofa,and having to go back and forth,with the inconvenience it caused both myself and my husband, my husband had to get InTouch with the credit score to make sure that hadnt been affected which was another stressful part,luckily it hadnt.so hopefully the sofa been delivered will be smoother than when we purchased it.As this was the First time we have used your company, in the past we used DFS.

Really good experience in the shop .Good experience of delivery although there is slight damage to the chair base. The company have quickly sorted a repair. The people on the help line were excellent.
