Very Poor...not really a proper gym
Very Poor...not really a proper gym, more of a place where people go to be seen....too much makeup and aftershave....not enough sweat and hard work........staff not capable of enforcing the gym rules, equipment being used for the wrong purposes such as hip thrusts being done in a smith machine......dumb bells and weights left all over the place.....weights being dropped from over head height......these are not bumper plates for cross fit .......not good....I and both my brothers left after a month...............and to cap it all people complain to the staff when they are asked to put kit away when they have used it!!!

Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets! We also ask that members return their weights after use, to ensure that the gym remains and safe and tidy environment for our members. However we know that at busier times, weights are not always returned and our team complete regular re-sets of the gym. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating for our members, and it is included within our Gym Rules that members should return weights after use. Anybody witnessed leaving equipment out of place will be spoken to by our Gym Team. We are sorry to learn that you are no longer a member with us, however we wish you continued support on your health and fitness journey going forward. Thanks, PureGym

I like the location of the gym
I like the location of the gym, handy to pop & get bread & milk whilst your out. The monthly membership is reasonable, especially for blue lighters. The atmosphere is absolutely fine, music not to quiet / loud. The machines could maybe do with a clean, other gyms I’ve been in ask you as a user to clean after use so I do, but it’s not for everyone. The gym in general is immaculate, never any issues with toilet facilities. So I’d deffo recommend.

We are equally as disappointed when, from time to time, things go wrong and equipment has to be placed out of order. Regular maintenance checks are undertaken, and any issues identified are escalated to engineers straight away. Sometimes, there may be a small wait whilst engineers attend to fix any issues, but we endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager who always appreciates and takes on board member feedback!

Great gym with excellent facilities
Great gym with excellent facilities! The equipment is always in top condition, and there’s plenty of variety for all kinds of workouts. The space is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay fit!

I was unsble to access the gym on 27th December.
I tried again on 27th and my code worked but I did not hsve time for work out.

I visited the gym prior to signing up and found the manager was pleasantly engaging and answered all questions I asked, Then joining online was very easy.

Joining Gym - easy experience
I joined the Gym online, it takes about five minutes and is easy to navigate. Once I had joined everything was available for me to access. I met with Yvonne Walker, Personal Trainer before I joined. Yvonne was very friendly, informative and helpful and I look forward to working with Yvonne soon.
