Gyms Lovley and clean only down fall I…

Gyms Lovley and clean only down fall I think they need more of the same equipment also the machines upstairs have not worked the last 2 times I been in

We are equally as disappointed when, from time to time, things go wrong and equipment has to be placed out of order. Regular maintenance checks are undertaken, and any issues identified are escalated to engineers straight away. Sometimes, there may be a small wait whilst engineers attend to fix any issues, but we endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager who always appreciates and takes on board member feedback!

Very disgusting customer service had to…

Very disgusting customer service had to ring a number of times,after the 6 phone call 4 month and 2 weeks later to be told I have to wait another 3 months for a jacket never ordering again

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you received from us. 

Your order was placed with us on the 5th March for an item that was showing 'Order now, dispatched in 14-28 days', this is due to the stock not being held in warehouse and needing to be ordered from our supplier. An order was placed by our purchasing team and we were informed by our supplier that the due date for the item had been pushed back, due to some delays with manufacturing. As soon as we had this information, we contacted you and gave you the option of swapping to an alternative colour, waiting until the new restock date or cancelling your order and taking a refund. You contacted us on the 5th April and asked if we could cancel the item from your order, which our team actioned straight away for you.

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this situation caused for you.

Disgusting customer service as tried…

Disgusting customer service as tried numerous times to speak to a manager via the WhatsApp group and also via the phone, brought a pair of shoes from the sale section of the website to be charged twice then to be talk it happens and I need to wait 2-3 days for a refund when I still didn’t even receive the product as the delivery was late,still trying to contact a manager being nearly 2 months now.never ordering from here again think I’ll stick to Nike from now on the customer service is 10000 times better.
