We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

Far too many members at peak times

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Amazing friendly staff
Amazing friendly staff and just an overall good gym. Atmosphere is always great and they have everything you need/want to get a good training session in. The classes are also fantastic. I've never been one for classes over the years but I love theirs! I do several a week. The trainers are very knowledgeable and kind.

Amazing - especially staff
The equipment at the gym is useful and the gym is always kept as clean as possible by the staff members even when it gets busy . The staff are always there to help and tidy things away but especially assistant manager Natalie Bunton , she’s always looking out for what she can do to better PureGym and anyone who needs assistance and always has a smile on her face that brightens up the gym - so friendly and welcoming . Thank you Natalie ! :)

Good, but with few major problems
The gym is relatively large, spaced out and got a decent selection of equipment. Overall it is a rather good place to train. Why only 3 starts, well because of two things really. The air conditioning is pretty much non-existent. It is inevitable that you will start overheating and sweating even after basic lifts. But my main gripe comes from the cleanliness of the gym, and the overall gym culture. Not only does only maybe one member of staff actually bother with maintain the standard of the gym high, by re-racking the weights, but the people who go to the gym don't seem to bothered about the maintenance of their own gym. When approach, most people are rather blasé and rude about it, as because others arnt re-racking their weights and it's not pulled up by the staff they are entitled to do it themselves, which is quite frankly a joke. But, if the area which I live in is that primitive, then I guess I will just have to deal with it and maintain standards within myself

The instructors at this gym are what…
The instructors at this gym are what make it. They are really lovely and supportive. They are inclusive with everyone there and helpful. I had never been to a gym, I always used to run instead as feared going to the gym alone. I’m pleased I joined this gym though I love it.
