WIFI NOT WORKING FOR MONTHS. CUSTOMERS ARE USING THE WIFI FROM PETS AT HOME OR B&Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX YOUR WIFI?

Hi Richard - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we are sorry to see it is 1 star. Raising this feedback with your gym team, they are not aware of any issues recently where the Wifi has not been working, and have tested this. It would help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (such as date and time) so this can be properly investigated. Thanks, PureGym
