Excellent Sofa Delivery and Installation

Both Michael and Mich from Blaydon were great, they were on time, professional and even took their shoes off without asking as they could see the lounge had been decorated. They fitted the sofa promptly and took all the rubbish away making this so hassle free :-) Love the sofa so comfy and cosy

Do not buy from this site

Do not buy from this site, goods are fake and they setup a subscription to my credit card without my knowledge or consent, only knew as my bank told me.
No way to contact them, emails don’t deliver and phone number on website is dead!

So many issues

Really wanted to support farmers so thought I would give them a try even though it costs more, unfortunately I had to close my account today after a lot of issues. 1. Orders not being delivered (first time I’ve never had milk in the house) 2. Milk going off after only a few days of receiving it. 2. Getting double milk orders on a Friday over Christmas when I don’t need them as my order is for a Friday only. McQueens have admitted these mistakes on the phone but don’t sort them they just keep happening. I have given them 3 chances so think I’ve been more than fair.

No call received

Completed the online form about a windscreen chip repair. Was given a list of times today for them to give me a call so selected between 3pm and 4pm but call never received which is disappointing, done another one for tomorrow morning but so far not impressed! I just don’t get why you let me select a time but then don’t call, just don’t give me the option :-(
23/08: Update: callback I booked with these at a time they gave me again was not received, so 2 hours of my life wasted!
So went to Nationwide windscreens instead who in less than 90 mins of submitting my form I had a quote and able to book an appointment now that’s customer service 😊

Some classes have too many people for…

Some classes have too many people for the space so feels cramped. Instructors when eg doing circuits or sweat45 don’t show you how to do the exercises of the different stations or the correct technique, also if someone is doing the wrong technique the instructors don’t correct them so disappointing in that respect. Also so far the flavoured water I’ve tried have not been that nice ☹️

Giving 1 star because of the poor…

Giving 1 star because of the poor service.
Booked tickets for the Colosseum in Rome well in advance so everything was all planned so we had no stress. Thought it was all good as they took our money!
Received an email from Headout less than a week before we travel to say they could not get our priority tickets as all sold out - so why let me book that slot and take my money? Tried to book another slot but none available that day, or the day before or day after. Absolutely gutted!
Did web chat to try and get help but Kevin was poor, he transferred me to another advisor as knew there was no solution but he got me back and then hung off. So I started chat again and got Kevin again with a standard response not even an apology saying sorry we messed up! Very poor, but Kevin has great cut n paste skills tho, might as well as talk to a robot - don’t book through headout as unreliable - so disappointed ☹️

Ticketmaster informed me the Gary Barlow concert was cancelled, which was hitting. Then emails me today asking me if I enjoyed it??? Thanks for rubbing it in!! Ticketmaster has no idea what’s it’s doing.

I was initially a bit nervous about…

I was initially a bit nervous about using this site as always did part exchange. However it all worked out great! I got £850 more than trade in offers. From signing up to car being collected by Dealer was 9 working days. Will definitely use again.
