Delivered quickly, good quality and a decent price.

Easy to use site. Found exactly the matching internal door handle even though it was 9 years after we bought the originals.

2 custom made doors for a Pocket Door system that took 9 weeks to arrive came warped by more than 10mm each and so far the company has only offered to replace one of the doors. Both doors cannot fit and even if they could fit would look totally out of place. The doors cannot be "fixed" as company claims and the offer of replacing one door makes no sense. Only a full refund is acceptable which so far has not been offered.

Direct Doors have agreed to a full refund. I have made alternative arrangments to source the doors. So back in funds but 8 weeks behind schedule! moved from one star to 3 star.

Brought my first door from this company and was a little wary as to what I would get. The door looked just what I wanted on the website and at a good price. The item came with free delivery and was delivered on a Saturday and at a timed slot which was brilliant. I was not disappointed with the door it is just what I was hoping for, in fact better than I was expecting, so impressed I have just ordered another one. I now know where to go when I want a new door, Brilliant service, Thank you.

Excellent service. They checked and checked and rechecked we had all the correct measurements on a replacement front door. Very well packaged and delivered. Beautiful stable style all wood door with large double glazed windows in upper section.

Their customer service is very good indeed. Very pleased with how they dealt with queries.

I am looking for a front door for my house, I decided to look online. We went for one that had a glaze on the side, as it saw in the pictures. My mistake not to read the legend with attention as pictures sells(selling companies knows that).
When I receive the goods there was no glaze, as I didn’t see the term and conditions for returns, now I have to keep a door that I don’t want due to the potencial to cost me more than I expected.
Buying online can be great, have to pay attention to all the hidden points.
Obviously I won’t be using direct doors again! I will get my internal doors from a place that allows me to return it in case of issue without to much drama.

I was stuck having lost a critical part from a double pocket door system synchronous closure kit, carrying out some decoration to the doors and reached out to find out if I could get a spare. I received a response within 1 hour and then had a resolution, and then received acknowledgement that a pair of parts would be winging their way to me the following post/parcel dispatch. I could not have asked for more - top shout out to Kiera ! Perfect experience

Bit of a problem with delivery, but sorted. John phoned from DD and was very friendly at explaining things. So I am happy with Direct Doors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful over the phone, and very efficient too.

Honestly, I wouldn’t have given a single star in this rating, if it was possible.
Obviously, I’ve learnt the hard way, what you pay for, is what you get!
Absolutely, poor quality wooden doors.
My joiner, fitted double doors and straightaway it was observed that one of the doors was warped.
The doors arrived and were stored, as instructed by DirectDoors, laid flat on my living room floor, prior to my joiner attending my address.
Apparently, I failed to read the instructions, that they sent… according to DirectDoors, I should have had my joiner, trim the doors to fit and then hang them. Then he should have removed the doors immediately, so that I could ‘treat’ them to prevent the wood from warping…
Unfortunately, they claim that the wood must have ‘warped’ in the 30 minutes between my joiner finishing and me painting the doors…
Sadly and with the deepest of regret, they now claim that any so called ‘warranty’ is void.
DirectDoors ‘customer service’… if it can be called that… refuse to accept responsibility for the very poor quality doors received, which is reprehensible.
I have gone to the extent of providing photographs of my defective doors, and documentation to confirm just how long it actually takes wood to warp… however, they refuse to take ownership for there products.
I partially blame myself in that I should have paid for better quality wooden doors…
I’m now left with double dinning room doors that don’t close correctly…

Buy elsewhere…don’t bother with the substandard, inferior and shabby products.

very good service from Direct Doors - they picked up an error I had made in ordering enough handles and sorted it with me very quickly. Our property is hard to find and not very accessible and they liaised with the courier who were fantastic - we often have problems with supplier and courier not communicating but this was faultless. We like the doors as well ! And very good delivery lead time. All accurate. Would highly recommend
