I purchased a Sofa and Chair today at DFS and I found the experience very relaxing we were left to have a really good look around and the lady that served us was really friendly and helpful and was able to answer all our questions. All in all a good visit so thank you.

Sean was absolutely brilliant and so easy to deal with.
He made the whole process so simple and straightforward.
If only all sales guys were like this guy a lot more sofas would be sold.

We explained what we were looking for and we were guided through the sofas that would be suitable for us. Once we had chosen (I think the sales man was called Steve) he offered us a drink and then talked us through caring for the sofas and how to use the cleaning products. He gave us the costs and timelines and talked us through the delivery and how they unpacked everything. All in all a brilliant experience. Cant wait to receive our sofas.

Excellent service I had to wait a while for Aliyah to serve me as she was called away to sort a problem but was very sorry when she returned but it was fine and offered me a discount most appreciated.

This was so easy to order over the telephone! The member of DFS, Kev was really helpful, polite and just made everything run smooth. Thank you.

Lots of choice of sofas, Matt and Greg at Aintree branch were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, not pushy at all and provided us with refreshing hot drinks. 10 out of 10 😀

Went to DFS today, my first time… exciting times as I am moving into my first home in a matter of weeks. I was looked after by ‘Phil’ at the Llandudno Branch. I’d chosen what I liked, he explained everything thoroughly from beginning to end. What lovely customer service, and a great first time buying experience. Thank you DFS

Had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful, as we had some difficult issues which we needed to resolve and the staff offered some useful advice.

I had a great experience at DFS. Neil was so helpful throughout. He was so attentive and listened to us. We managed to pick the right sofa, right colour and the right material for us. I would highly recommend the team at DFS aberdeen.

The person who helped us purchase our new sofa set and furniture set was very helpful, knowledgeable and clear. This was an easy and exciting experience.

The customer service instore with Joseph (Sidcup branch), on the telephone with Daniel, and with Akeel who processed/completed my order was great. All three staff members were patient and very helpful.

Came in just to see if the sofa I had viewed online looked good in real life and found it was actually on sale in the clearance section so decided to just go ahead and buy it. It did take a moment to find a member of staff on the shop floor but once I did, they were great. Anara was super helpful and explained the whole process clearly as well as just being generally friendly and chatty whilst we went through things. Noticed a few marks on the sofa and Anara kindly advised she would have a look at trying to remove these before the item was shipped - her colleague who helped sign off the exchange had advised that the item was sold as seen and didn’t seem as bothered by this so I felt Anara really went above and beyond in her customer service here. Overall a very positive experience.
