We were met with Charley today in our kings Lynn store, who was very friendly, professional and had great knowledge of all the sofas. Charley Was very patient with explaining all the offers, fabrics ect on all 3 of the sofas we interested in. Over all we were very happy to make the purchase after the excellent service we received.

I used the shop in Sunderland paid cash for our new sofa corner suite after taking delivery and installing it found it was too large after contacting the head office i was told it was my problem as I measured it but a genuine mistake on my behalf I asked if they would take one section back and refund me but that fell on very deaf ears I was told it was my fault end of telephone conversation

Staff were very helpful and polite. I needed help with specific measurements and the member of staff was very helpful and patient, didn't rush us.

Cheryl was exceptionally helpful and guided us through the whole buying experience with great charm and a wealth of knowledge which made our decisions easy to make with confidence. The whole team were great. Thank you

Excellent 10 out of 10 for service Rohan answered every question was a very pleasant un pushy salesman we would definitely go back.He definitely new his stuff very knowledgeable we have been to several different companies show rooms and he was definitely the best of them.

Excellent customer service

We are returning customers and today we had the pleasure of being welcomed into the store by Joe.
We found that Joe was very professional throughout the buying process, providing all the relevant information we required to make our choice without being pushy.

Tried to order online but was impossible, very frustrating!!!
Phoned after three attempts online. Chap on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful. Chairs are ordered.
We have previously purchased from DFS so here’s hoping these chairs are as good

On first entering the store you were allowed to have a browse without being jumped on immediately.
Josh asked us if we were okay and if we would like a drink. He is a natural not pushy salesman, he understood what we wanted and made the experience overall great wanting us to look at our next purchase through DFS for other furniture we need.
If all salesman were like Josh we are sure some people wouldn't dread walking through the door.
He made us feel welcome and and talked in detail about the sofa and materials and workmanship involved. He did not rush us at any point throughout the process.
We actually couldn't priase him enough, we left the store happy and smiley 😊
