Bensons For Beds Reviews 

I have bought many beds from Bensons For Beds over the years, and always been happy with their service and aftersales service.

Unfortunately I won't be buying another item of any sort from this company, we purchased a very expensive mattress and associated accessories costing over £2000.00 from them, and now the mattress has developed a fault and your complaint is assessed by way of sending in lots of photo's.

We have just received an email from them telling us that lumps in our very expensive mattress is due to settlement, this is absolute rubbish as we have had the item for 18 months and turned is as advised from new. How can you properly assess a fault with anything if you have never actually seen the item! This is just a way of them brushing your complaint away, in the that you will accept their lies and leave it at that.

in essence, they have no intention of honoring the warranty that they say you get when you purchase a quality mattress from them.

I would NOT recommend this company to others, shop elsewhere!

Get rid of that man in the corner. The website a nightmare you've got to scroll all the way down the page for more information on product I'm really confused and had about 3 attempts to checkout and complete order the voucher code did not work. Never again 😒

Just bought a bed from Bensons at their Craigleith store in Edinburgh.
Josh served us and he was excellent.
He explained everything in detail and was very polite and pleasant.
Absolutely no complaints.

What an exceptional service from Benson For Beds. We could not fault them. They were absolutely excellent from the point of sale to the final delivery. Luke, the Sales Manager in Aylesbury was so kind and helpful and gave us so much advice. Stevie and Steve, the delivery men were so courteous and helpful - they were exceptional.

Brilliant service from Bensons for beds Stockport. Bought mattress in Sale - great value! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good choice of delivery dates. Really good communication emails following purchase kept us well informed of progress while they made our mattress. Spot on delivery with a 2 hour delivery window given the day before arrival. Phoned us 30 mins before arrival to alert us on their way. Delivery chaps wore shoe covers on entry to house. mattress placed on bed upstairs and unwrapped. Took wrapping away with them so no additional waste to get rid of. Excellent service from start to finish. The only improvement could have been maybe a leaflet / warning about the gaseous smell from the new mattress which takes 2-3 days to clear after unwrapping. Best to air the room well and allow it to disperse before sleeping on it but otherwise all perfect 👌

Absolutely amazing service from store to deliver. Amazing lady who helped us to chose product explained everything in detail. I m very pleased with their service.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress, as an ex plasterer I’m littering falling to pieces and having the spine of a 95 year old I needed a new mattress sharpish before my wife left me for someone that doesn’t moan every time they get out of bed. I went to Bensons for beds in Bury St. Edmunds and met a lovely chap called Steve the store manager. Once he found out about my plight he directed us to a few suitable mattresses, offered some sage advice and left us to it. I spent quite some time slowly sinking into various depths of memory foam until we finally chose the perfect mattress. No hard sell, friendly advice and plenty of time to make the right choice. So in conclusion Steve may have saved my marriage, If I ever have anymore children I will name them Steve (boy or girl). 10/10 would recommend.

The young lady, Maria, who helped me to find the right bed was very knowledgeable and personable. She clearly explained all the possible options of bases, mattresses and headboards without trying to influence my choice. This made for a pleasant shopping experience.

I have not received my mattress yet so I do not know what to say.

Staff there were very helpful. Natalia was so good so if you go there ask for her she was amazing and explained in detail about very mattress she showed us.

The orthopedic mattress is fantastic I do get a good sleep

Bensons for beds are a great company. The shop staff are honest and helpful and don’t over crowd you. The products are exactly as described. Delivery was good. And i am sleeping better already.

Ordered new bed and mattress, delivered just over two weeks later.
Given an estimated time the day before of a 3 hours window. Guys called us when they were 30 minutes away. Can’t ask for more!
