Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find a bed that was right for us.

The original zip and link mattresses we ordered were far too “firm”, so having slept on them for 5 nights, we returned to the showroom who were incredibly helpful. There was no quibble about the Bensons 40 night guarantee and we were able to change/upgrade to wonderfully comfortable mattresses (Sealy Orwell).

Delivery was great and we were kept informed between order and delivery. The delivery team unwrapped and removed all packaging.

I bought a mattress from the Aintree store. I knew which brand I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure from staff and I was helped to make a decision on what degree of firmness suited me best. Customer service throughout the selection and buying process was first class and everything was explained clearly.

Ryan was amazing he really helped us out and answered all of our questions. He was really friendly, approachable and made our experience really positive. I would recommend Bensons because of Ryan.

Very helpful staff by helping my elderly mom find the right rise & recline bed. It did take 6 weeks but it was explained to us before hand.
There were issues on delivery delivery drivers couldn’t be bothered to try to get bed upstairs. But 2nd delivery my husband was there & it was all sorted. The mattress was a tempura & it was delivered 1st time. The service from Bensons was outstanding & recommended

Ordered a new spare bed online. Delivery was exactly as planned, the bed easy to unpack and assemble and seems comfortable although yet to be tested by guests. The frame seems sturdy and the looks good in the room.

Easy to use website with the added bonus of a money off voucher. Delivery arranged pretty quickly, no quibble here.

We have had our new bed for a few days now. Mammoth mattress and Divan. We have had the best nights sleep for months. From walking into the show room to accepting delivery, every part of our purchase has been perfection. Would not buy a bed from anyone else but Bensons. Thank you for everything.

I was looking for a new bed & came across Benson for beds when a family relative had bought 1 & lasted long time so I went onto the website & scrolled a lot lol before I found the 1 I loved & the customer service team had kept me updated from day 1 , the drivers were really friendly, courteous & had phoned to let me know when they'd be arriving. It was easy to assemble it either 1- 2 person needed . Everything was very well packaged & everything was there even a screwdriver which was very handy as I didn't have many. I have passed Benson for beds to all my friends & family & il be ordering another bed from them again in future. Thank you so much Benson for beds your the best & great value in prices too.
