Slow delivery
Compared to other websites delivery is very slow.
Next day delivery on some websites, 2 weeks on Bensons and I've order a Bensons own product!
Went to Ashford store to test out mattress and buy one, but REALLY poor availability of mattresses. You would think they would have stock of their own product.

I love my new bed
I love my new bed, it is so comfortable.
I wake up without a bad back, brilliant.
The delivery drivers put the bed together and took away all the packaging, couldn't have been more helpful! Five stars without a shadow of dought!

Great service, both in the Benson for bed showroom informative emails and when the bed was delivered for two men delivering it polite, took their shoes off before entering the house and took the bed upstairs
