The affordability of the car was great and throw in the unlimited kms perfect. I knew I was getting an older car however compared to other companies this car was still 5 years newer and cheaper than the competition.

The process to pick up the car was quick and easy, no hassle, no waiting in a line. I extended my hire and arranged an alternative drop off location and the team found a way to accommodate me despite already having another booking for that vehicle.

All round positive experience
No problems picking up the car, friendly team member, clear explanations, car was in good condition, clean, fun to drive, great on gas. A curb even jumped into a wheel cover making a few scratches. When I returned it and pointed out the scratches, the attendant said, "Oh, that, it's no problem". OK, great! It was an all round positive experience.

A perfect road trip :)
I was really happy with my rented car, a toyota camry, which drove me and my friends perfectly through the northern Island of New Zealand. When I underestimated the distance back to Auckland, it was no Problem to extend the rental time for a fair price. The employees were really friendly and helpful. So everything was great!

Good functional rental
Good communications, clear definition of owner-renter responsibilities, easy pick-up and drop-off. The car was clean, mechanically sound, performed efficiently and met all of our needs. A bit scratched for a car of its age and mileage, but in our case value for money.

Excellent experience with Omega
Excellent experience with Omega. The whole booking process and quality of service was 1st class. Pick up in Auckland and and drop off in Christchurch was so easy. Excellent & reliable car which we hired for 40 days. Price of hire was very competitive and we would certainly book with Omega in the future.
