Excellent staff experience
The staff is extremely helpful and approachable. When we were troubled by whether our baggages able to fit in the small cars, staff wholeheartedly offered to help and provide ideas on how we can fit our baggages into the vehicle. Upon returning the car, staff took the initiative to ask us whether are we catching the airport shuttle. Only downside is limited vehicles available. We had difficulty to find a right size vehicle that is not too small nor too big. Otherwise it is perfect.
