Great french products and good service. I had an issue login into my account and their customer service was very helpful. The delivery was prompt. The 4 stars are only because of the packaging. I ordered biscuits and they were packed in the same box as my tinned Macedoine, so a few of the biscuits are broken. But I will definitely carry on using the company.

Was desperate for some French crepes to make crepes suzette and found them on Europa. Delivery was as promised, the crepes excellent and we had a great addition to our family dinner

This is, as far as I know, the only supplier of Clement Faugier chestnut puree in glass jars in the UK. The order was despatched promptly via DPD and arrived safely at the collection point. Europafood and DPD both kept me fully informed of progress. Excellent in all respects.

Wanted a drink that tasted like Pernod but alcohol free. Found it on this site. Canebiere Pastis alcohol free | 1L.
Was delivered in an extremely strong box with excellent packaging. Masses of chips that I can either dissolve or use in garden compost. Brilliant. Bottles also protected by thick plastic air column bags. Very reasonable price too.

Wanted some French galettes and I appreciate delivery is going to be high for a small package. I was amazed how well wrapped they were in a very sturdy box, then an insulated bag with ice. The ice was still frozen on delivery. Got exactly what I wanted and considering the care taken for this feel I got a good deal. DPD delivery very efficient. Fully recommend and will use again. Bought two lots of galettes and have individually frozen them in our freezer. The ones we ate were lovely and reminded us of France.

Ordered an item that turned out to be out of stock - no issue. It was there replaced without my knowledge. When I complained I was told my order had the word sub which means it can be replaced with something else without notification.
I've asked for my entire order to be canceled and that request has been declined. Total waste of time.

Ordered some herbal teas I usually like to enjoy while in France. It was in stock, together with a wide range of French groceries including toiletries. It is a delightful shop to have here if you miss French produce. Postage can be a little pricey but worth it if you order in larger quantities.

All went well, they had in stock the product I was looking for. Delivery time was accurate. Packaging was good. Will buy again

I've been ordering my favourite French water with Europafood xb for a while now, and the service is great and very reliable.

Update: I wish whoever is in charge was as quick at picking up the phone and answering questions about orders not being delivered as they are at insulting their customers on Trustpilot. I did genuinely never receive the product I ordered and all they find to do is reply here to slander me. What a lovely customer service they have .
Here's my original review for context : Placed an order on the 30th of December, never received it , and never heard from them. The customer service phone number doesn't work and they never reply to messages. Scammers.

I love some of the French shower products, eg, Dop and you just can't get them in the UK. Europafood can supply these promptly. They provide an excellent service and I shall be using them again. The shop in Paddington is good too

I didn't know Europafood before and, from Italy, we were looking for an advent calendar in London that could be delivered quickly to surprise our son. Europafood had it in their catalogue, at a competitive price and delivered it on time! a very positive (little) shopping experience!
