The cheese is no like the one in the image. Is not that tall. Is not soft. If more like cured than soft. The texture is weird, like "plastic". When you cut this cheese you needs to make a lot the preassure. With the white soft fresh cheese, you can cut it like when you put the knife through the butter. And the last thing is, the cheese is extremely salted.
Never again.

This is the first time I ordered from Paccoitaliano and was truly impressed by the speedy delivery, perfect packaging, and the superior quality of their products. The panforte is delicious, and the Calabrian sausage is excellent. Definitely will buy from them again, highly recommended *****

Arrived quickly and the items were well packed the issue was that I ordered 7 packs of the fennel tiralli which I especially wanted but received the plain (classic) ones.
There appears to be a bit of a shortage of these generally. I accept that but would have preferred to be given the option of cancelling my order.
