Their team is very quick to respond, and unlike many others who only talk about the housing crisis in Amsterdam, they actually come up with ample, realistic options that match your needs.

City Homes has looked after the renting of an apartment we own for nearly five years. They are an excellent organisation - not only reactive but pro-active, too. If you are renting out an apartment or house then City Homes just takes all the cares and hassle away from you. They screen clients, perform extensive check-in and check-out procedures and are extremely efficient if any house repairs need to be done. Communication is easy and professional. All in all - we were very impressed and would recommend them absolutely to anyone renting out or seeking to rent.

I had been a tenant in the property for over 6 years, and City Homes has always been the agency used. I know my landlord trusts them and I do as well. They are kind and timely in their communications, and make an effort to try to reach agreements that make both the tenant and landlord happy.

My initial experience with Danny was smooth, but my opinion of Cityhomes soured after encountering post-move-in issues. They failed to address communication problems with the landlord adequately, displaying a dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness. When faced with a suspected break-in, their negligence was alarming, overlooking my concerns. I cannot recommend Cityhomes due to their failure to take tenant concerns seriously and provide effective support.

Very greedy and rude company. We had to live in a moldy apartment and they forced us to hire cleaning services twice. Moving in was easy but the rest was very annoying, we felt micromanaged by them.

Quick and professional team. We were renting an apartment for 1.5 years. During that time we survived leakage (from neighbours), outer wall painting, and other minor issues like leaking tap. All the maintenance was done quickly, communication was clear and honest. No a single attempt to push unexpected expenses on us.

Process-wise the services provided were well documented and structured. The City Homes folks were always friendly, helpful and on-time.
