Sorry to read that you are not happy with our service. We are a bit surprised by your comment. At the end and beginning of the month we are very busy with check-in and check-outs. We have scheduled a check-out with you on the 5th of June for July 2nd. This was all set and you were ok with that. However on the 24th of June, 3 weeks later, you wanted to change the day and time. Unfortunately we were fully booked on the day you wanted to reschedule the CO to. Last minute changes are sometimes possible, but we can't guarantee that since we have a small team of 3 people.
We have always had respectful interactions with you where we have tried to accommodate all your requests, so it's a bit sad to read your comment. We haven't been rude, but we just couldn't reschedule. We understand that thats disappointing, but we have tried everything from our side.
Please also know you have never paid us any fee. We hope you will contact us by email if you have any further questions.
