Customer service is slow to respond at first, then eventually dies out to no responses at all. Although the initial contract looked agreeable, their service is unacceptably absent. We've used TuneCore for five years and in that time they've been rewarded with a healthy cut of our streaming and sales revenue, but I won't be distributing our label with TuneCore in the future, nor would I recommend to a friend.
