Geen prettig contact tijdens huurperiode
My initial experience with Danny was smooth, but my opinion of Cityhomes soured after encountering post-move-in issues. They failed to address communication problems with the landlord adequately, displaying a dismissive attitude and lack of responsiveness. When faced with a suspected break-in, their negligence was alarming, overlooking my concerns. I cannot recommend Cityhomes due to their failure to take tenant concerns seriously and provide effective support.

Beste huurder, heel vervelend om te lezen dat je teleurgesteld bent in Cityhomes. Omdat er geen braakschade was, er niets ontvreemd was uit de woning was er ons inziens geen sprake van een inbraak.
Je gaf bij ons aan dat je het gevoel had dat er iemand in je huis was geweest, wij hebben geprobeerd dit gevoel bij je weg te nemen maar je had je beslissing al genomen. Wij wensen je het allerbeste in de toekomst.
