I really appreciate this app. It helped me a lot in my search. I subscribed to many newsletters and tried different websites offering similar services, and I found that Uprent is the fastest at notifying about new offers and finds the most listings.

I'm also a big fan of the Bob AI tool, which can automatically apply to certain listings. In the Dutch rental market, speed is crucial, so this is truly a fantastic feature.

In addition, the subscription offers the option of a 1-on-1 call with a rental expert, who helped me a lot. He had answers to all my questions and guided me toward the best strategy for finding a rental.

As for the downsides, the website sometimes lags, but it's clear that it's continuously being developed, so I hope this issue will soon be resolved. That said, even with this minor flaw, I still believe it's the best tool for finding rental housing in the Netherlands.

I usually never leave reviews but the Uprent service is actually amazing. My favorite feature was having a dashboard because I always loose my saved searches. It also showed listings from Pararius and Kamernet and all the other basic websites. As a Maastricht student who struggles with rent A LOTT. I typed in the address of my faculty to look for the closest places and found a lot more options than you can usually see on one website. Very Impressed! Thank you for helping to find housing last minute.

Had a great experience with Uprent. Surprisingly, even the free version was super helpful in structuring my search. I liked that it automatically creates Google Calendar events for every viewing that I schedule.
